Delivery
ZOR.dev resources are delivered as Cfx Escrow RedM Assets to your linked Cfx.re account through Tebex. Asset delivery is final and non-revocable once granted — this is a platform property of Cfx Escrow, not a ZOR.dev policy choice.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Tebex's own process, since Tebex is the merchant of record for every purchase. Open the Tebex order thread for your purchase with your order ID and the reason for the request. ZOR.dev does not process off-platform refunds and cannot override Tebex's decision on a refund request.
Licence
One purchase covers use on the buyer's own server(s). Redistribution, resale, or sharing the delivered files — in whole or in part — is not permitted. config.lua, the locale table, and the example actions included with a resource are yours to edit; client and server logic are Cfx Escrow-protected and cannot be modified or extracted.
Support scope
Support covers installation, configuration, and defects in the delivered resource, for the frameworks stated on the product page. It does not cover custom modification requests, third-party resource conflicts outside ZOR.dev's code, or unsupported frameworks. See the Support page for how to reach us.
